There are several good well written books on the subject as it applies to fishing. "The Trout & The Fly" by Clarke & Goddard, "A Book of Trout Flies" by Preston Jennings, "Through The Fish's Eye" by Sosin & Clark all have information on light refraction,color and a fish's vision. There are also several new books out on the subject that I have not read yet so have no opinion on them.
