Wow,
this needed 11.5 hours for the round trip.
Anyway, here are the details for the virtual x-mas tree swap:

Each participant takes one or two pictures from his x-mas tree, and mails me the pics - either from an digital camera or a scan from a paper copy.
When I have all the pics I create a pdf-file with all the pics and some other stuff in it. Let's see what I get.
The combined file will be send out to the participants and can be viewed or printed.
No onlooker allowed, only the swapper will get the booklet.

Sign up deadline is Dec. 31, deadline for the pics will be Jan. 15th, the prepared file will be send out End of January, depending on the amount of pics and the timeframe when they arrive.

Seems to me that we have 3 participants so far,

Tony Spezio
Allan Fish

List,

anybody interested in a virtual x-mas tree swap?

Open for digital and traditional cameras. Details to follow.

Stay tuned.

BTW: This is related, because:

o it is a swap!
o We had a x-mas swap already, ok, that were flies, trees are only a bit larger
o For sure, we will all have tinsel in the construction and decoration of the tree!
