HI Bruce or
I need help again. On a flatwing take the same
feathers with no webing? I have a golden badger and about a 1/3 of the
feathers are almost all black. Should I mix them in with the others?
Dean,
I plucked four capes and most of the feathers
were longer than the bags! What I did was to staple the feathers to
the card as Byard directed, then, I put the card and feathers in the bag
feather tips first so the printed description was the last part to go in
each bag. The feather tips somewhat curled at the bottom but that is
better than getting zipped in the zip-loc part. Also, to me, it makes
more sense this way because when a feather is to be used, the card can be
slid out a little ways and the desired feather can be plucked from the card
without going "against the grain" of the barbs.
Hope this helps,
Bruce Whittle

Hi Rick or
HELP!!!!!!!!
What do you do when the feathers are longer than
the package?
I've been pushing them down. I don't think it
looks good.
