Is the bird Dubbing twister the same as the W dubbing twister?
If so why is it shaped this way. I've only used the single hook kind.

Very easy to make a Bird dubbing twister out of a piece of stiff wire..
First use your Dremel to make a point on one end, then turn the wire so it
makes a 45 degree turn about 1/2 inch from the end of the point you made,
another 1/2 inch later, turn so it makes a 90 degree angle..1/2 inch later
about a 45 degree angle the other way and it will have the correct end. If
you need to see what the end looks like, email me and I'll scan and send you
a picture. Leave the end about 6 inches long for a handle. If you want to
get fancy, you can dip the handle end in that soft flexible stuff you use on
pliers or in softex. Joyce
