Please allow me to offer my appreciation in this forum to all of you who expressed condolonces to me and my family at the passing of my mother last week. A person knows all their life that their parents will not live forever, but that knowledge does not prepare you very well. My mom was a grand lady. She was 85 years old, and her biggest fear was that whe would become a burden on someone in her old age. She lived alone in her home until the day she passed away, and when her heart failed, she went very fast. Every person mourns and grieves in their own way. We are remembering her warm way with people, and how she influenced all those who came in contact with her. We will celebrate her life and memory. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. Apologies to Byard and the list for filling this space with a personal item.
