The beetle is a bark beetle, great looking bug.  I make my own bodies for it out of flip flops and foam blocks.  Livebody was made by dale Clemens I thought, I am not sure if he was responsible for making edgewater or not.  Larry Tullis was  affiliated with them for his wiggle bug series.  Which is why I originally bought foam blocks from Larry.  I know use the foam blocks to make dremel bugs.
I now buy most of those foam blocks from  Sleazy Steve's soggy bottom fly shop
