Tony:  I had a chance to look through the book briefly last night.  It's very 
interesting to compare the standard dressing styles between the flies shown in the 
book ( both English and Europe ).  Some even show the old "square bend " hooks.

It is strictly English. I like the copy I have.
I had Charles sign my copy a few years ago at a Conclave in Tennessee.
