If I remember right I sent the one you had to you. I have only seen that one
box as well. Maybe we can track this thing backwards to find out where it
is?

I don't think, that we have to publish the mailing addy on the web-site. 
We need the names of the participants in the order how they are listed 
on the mailing list. Remember, the list with the addies is in the box!
We need someone who modifies this list, as soon as a package is send or 
received.
Probably we grab some free server space (on one of the zero-fee servers) 
for this purpose only. Than we can elect 2 or 3 members, to keep track 
of the boxes. Maybe one tracker per list? If he does the updates per 
week, we should be fine.
Hosting this on an extra web-page makes it save. If we get hacked, only 
this little list with names is gone, nothing more.
