When I grew up in Michigan these are the same containers that they use to
use to put Wax worms and Mousies in for ice fishing. perhaps a search of
live bait companies might be of some help. I also use to use these to put
fly's in for customers at Jays Sporting Goods in Clare Michigan. 
I will see what the local area in Florida here has to offer.
