When I originally said speckling I just meant it was various colors.
Not having looked at the necks in years I just remembered them that way.
I see they are not speckled but variant barred.
I have learned a lot since I got those necks and keep learning more. When I traded necks for the rod, he might of said they looked like Cree instead of saying they were cree.
He also might of thought they were cree. That was back in 1989 when they might of passed for Cree. I am sure he got the best 20 out of the bunch.
NOOOOO problem, we all stand to learn something.
