Here I am in my hovel as my wife calls it, it is actually our spare room come office come fly tying room.
I work early morning and evenings so I get a bit of spare time during the day to fish or tye flies etc.

I was tying some nymphs for that swap listening to a mix of Mary Chapin Carpenter and Status Quo ( iv'e got a wide taste in music ) when I suddenly thought I had to stop and post my thoughts.

In a matter of minutes I had gone from the stresses of running a business into total immersion in fishing, tying flies ( Wishing I was a bit better at it ) thinking of my pending holiday to Florida and the thought of Trout, Snook and Redfish on the fly, my last outing in England when I caught some nice trout on the bloodworm pattern I had just tied for another swap and then I thought life ain't so bad after all.
