Lance,
You can get your Mark Pettijean CDC Magic Tool from Byard. I did! I think that supporting our "Listmeister" helps him to keep providing this wonderful service that we all enjoy.
Just my 2 worth.

Jerry,
Thanks for the plethora of Tube Fly links. I've bookmarked them all and will check them out
further when I'm ready to get into Tube Flies. A buddy (Dave Robinson) up here
in Edmonton at the Northern Lights Fly Tyers & Fishers (www.flytyer.org) just
picked up the tube tying device for his vice last week and was tying some up over at my place.
Neat stuff indeed .. and.... sniff.. I love the smell of Epoxy in the morning!
He's going to be using them for Steelhead fishing in BC in the Fall. They're also
becoming very popular for that. I am intrigued by their use for Pike flies you mentioned
below.
Right now I'm just starting to learn how to tye Foam Flies. Picked up Skip's books and videos,
and so that should keep me busy for a bit. On the topic of tools, I also picked up a nifty
Foam/Wing cutter at Fish Tales flyshop in Calgary that allows you to cut foam bodies very easily.
It's made by the Montana Fly Company (http://www.montanafly.com/). A very
handy tool indeed and should shave some time in my fly swap I'm hosting @
http://flyfishalberta.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1606.
Finally, another neat tool I discovered that I need to get is the "Magic Tool" which
is great for CDC flies - http://www.onlineflytyer.com/article_mpdragon1.asp.
I wish I'd found out about all these neat things in the Fall. 8^(
