To all,   It is my pleasure to inform you that Ginger Allen has been appointed by Dr. Tom Whiting as a Pro Staffer.  This is a 2-way honor as both parties enjoy the benefits of the association that follows.  Tom is proud to have someone as talented as Ginger on his pro-staff and Ginger is proud to represent the finest flytying hackles in the world.    So congradulations, Ginger.    DonO
