I have been getting alerts that my computer has found a backdoor trojan and a downloader trojan. I CANT GET RID OF IT! HELP!
One is in my System32 file, and it wont let me delete it, and the other is in my Windows System File or some similar name, and I cant even find that folder in my C drive. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I've ran AVG for about a year on this computer, and never had any problems, but now I cant even find the virus when running AVG. Also when I run the program from the site that Rick gave us, it comes up clean. Does anyone know how I get rid of this? It doesnt SEEM to be doing any damage, but it is annoying! Thanks for your help!
