Hi Gang.

 I got an email from Symantec this morning stating that the email I sent to (sierra club) had been turned down because of a virus.   I did not send anything to the Sierra Club.   I ran the Sophos Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam and checked to see If I had Netsky.  I didn't.   If you like, you can check your computer at Sophos, below.

Immediately, I emailed my son in Houston who has a computer security company to see if he knew what was going on.  Below is Chris's reply to me.

Dad,
You are correct in your assumption about being on the email list.
Someone you sent the mail to down the line has the netsky virus.  If
they forwarded your email to anyone else, the virus became attached to
the email.  So, someone's Symantec virus scanner is letting everyone on
the email list know that they could possibly be infected, since there
is no way of knowing who it originated from.
