Hi everyone- Sorry it's late getting this out - Welcome, mike, to the Nymph swap. Ok, the rest is off topic...
So I got out of class early last night (6:15pm) and was able to catch an earlier train. Pretty normal, less the masses of people versus my normal 10pm train. Well, that is until 2 stops before my house, where some <insert 'choice' words> teenagers decided it would be neat to push two shoping carts in front of the train. I was seated right behind the conductor in the locomotive-car, so it scared the... living daylights... out of me. Only the front two wheels derailed, thankfully, and no one was hurt, save a person with chest pains (no news on their condition), a person with a broken rib from hitting the seat in front of her, and a bloody nose on a third person. I can deal with the inconvenience of not getting home until 11pm, but it is bothersome that THIS is what our crazy world has come to. Is there really that large of a shortage of fly rods? As if that wasn't enough, I came in to work this morning at the hospital, and there were pseudo-terrorists (self-proclaimed terrorists, but teenagers who just got released out of the psych-ward) who took a hack-saw to the main intake water pipe. Being as the morgue is in the basement, I was greeted by over four inches of water on the tile floor. Again, why waste time getting people upset? Get a fly rod! Sorry to spaz and waste bandwidth, but I wanted to explain why it took a while to get back to people on the list who e-mailed me the last day or two... Hope your week has been better than mine, -Pete ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
