Rick, Haven't read the other threads on this, but I found some clear plastic boxes at out local bead shop, size 3.5 X 2.6 X .75", cut fine grain foam to fit inside to attach the fly to and they also have pocket pouch bubble wrap that these boxes fit into perfectly. Cost = less than a dollar per... Just a thought...
