I will do this according to my rules.  All flies to me by  Dec 28, 2004.  Give me time to sort them before the new year starts.  Sign up by Sept 15, 2004 to give time to send the flies in and know the number to tie.   We will toe tag the flies, include a return label and return postage. Your choice of fly to tie.   Rick    PS we have 8 folks signed up now.
