Jimmy, I am a member of the Ozark Fly Fishers in St. Louis, MO. Several members, including myself, are Fly Fishing Merit Badge counselors. We have not done any formal training yet but have a three-session plan set up for later in the summer. This will be part of our extensive annual Education program conducted with the St. Louis County Dept. of Parks and Recreation. However, it will be our first attempt at working as Merit Badge counselors.
