Gary,
I understand where you're coming from.  Ustabe Mustads were about all you'd
find on the shelves, and size comparisons mattered little.  But there wasn't
much choice for shapes, either.  Times have changed.

One thing I always felt that there was too much difference between a Mustad
#28 and a #32.  It seems like the 32's are more like #36 or #38
proportionately.  Oh well.  Not my fault.  VMC has some pretty small hooks
too.  Proportionately to a #28, they are about a size 40, and made out of
violin wire.
