That's Water Skeeters promo model. For those of you that are serious
here are the drawbacks to that model(I Own one)
Pontoons on the other models are larger in diameter putting you higher
from the water and carrying more weight.
1 position only for the oars. Unless you are a stringbean not only are
they in your belly but the angle is awkward.
