David. If there are any skin areas left and they are still on the pelt I always use Kosher salt. Take the pelt porrtion and cover it in kosher salt this will extract any oils or fluids left in the pelt. Then I like the idea of giving a few nukes in the microwave. Cool. Let me know how it goes.
