I'm a newbie
here. I HAVE been fly-fishing for a while... but compared to many of you, I can
probably be called a newbie also there.
My personal
situation has made me lost contact with many of my friends. I lost my job, where
I had most of them... my fiance's medical condition keeps me at home most of the
time. Not much of a social life staying at home...
When I first stuck my
nose out in this mailing list, I was INSTANTLY welcomed from every
direction. I started getting friends from the first second...
I sensed a feeling of friendship that I haven't felt for a long time. And
friends that I want to categorize fly-fishing 'elite' (best word I can think
of).
I'm really
sure being on this mailing list will teach me a lot in fly-tying and I hope I'm
able to be as good friend as the rest of you seem to be.
