Hi Nick, Don't know exactly what you saw, but the swapmeister always announces the max. number of swappers. Most swaps will have 6 to 24 participants, but there are exceptions. DonO's Dry Fly swap for instance, or Byard's Mega Caddis swap. The latter one was 100 flies each I think. Not sure, because it was oh so long ago... ;-) Martin
