Morning folks, just got back from the post office and thought I would give an update and info. First off, here is the list I have for interested parties on the elk hide. Check and see if your name is on it if you are interested. Currently I count 13. I cut the hide this morning, I got 15 pieces ranging from about 5" wide to about 7+/-" wide and from 18" to 26+/-" long. I cut it from the back down the sides, that way there is a selection of the hair from dark brown and course to light brown/ gray and fine all in one piece. I packaged 1 piece up and took it over to the post office to check on shipping. Average cost for 1st class mail was $2.75. I need to pick up a few more envelopes to put them in but that is about all.
