Hey! Years ago when I was really active in Ham radio, I lived in Birmingham, Alabama. My address was 324 34th Ave. NE. I regularly exchanged QSL cards with people I made contact with. One of the QSL cards came to me addressed as follows:

Jimmy D. Moore
324 34th Ave. NE
Alabama

It was delivered to me without a town or zip code. Go figure that one! And, yes I was aware of the last 4 numbers being a "fail safe" for mail addresses left off.
