Any Fed-X or other express mail envelope is usually made of Tyvek.
If it looks like paper but you can't tear it, it's probably Tyvek.
I treat it with vinyl cement and color it with Pantone markers.

Priority mail envelopes are made with tyvek.  But that is in the united
states, you are in europe right?  You can buy tyvek though.
