Update # 2.    The "First and Sometimes Annual VFB Renegade Swap" is "blowing and going".   We now have nineteen "renegades" (19) signed up, with 6 to go to get to 25.

If you missed the introduction to this swap and don't know the qualifications for a "Renegade", but think you'd like to participate, please email me OFF  LIST.  All this was explained in my email earlier this week

                                                     RENEGADE SWAP RULES
Flies due to me by November 15.  Tie a fly of your own design,  not  the renegade pattern though, since Rene already chose it.   Websters Collegiate Dictionary defines a renegade as one who has rejected tradition, one who is unconventional. You know you've always wanted to tie something really outlandish and now's the time to do it.  Anything goes! Let your imagination run wild!  That's the name of the game for this swap.   Limit - 25 tyers, unless someone begs real nice.   Cut-off date will be when we reach 25 tyers or Sept. 1, whichever comes first.  Normal swap rules:  1. Toe tags with name of your fly, along with your name and email address.  2. Enough postage or $ for me to return your swap flies.  3. A sturdy cardboard box or Altoids type tin in a padded envelope.  Send your tying instructions if you like, but other members of the swap can email you for it.  Makes for a smaller package to mail.

Participants:  Just add your name to the list below and send it back to me.  When  we reach the magic number of 25, I'll move communications OFF  LIST.

Come on, let's fill this swap this weekend.  BTW, DonO has already added 6 more lines to "You Might Be A Renegade VFB'er If . . . . . Looks like I'll have to print a special certificate certifying that  the swap participants are Official RENEGADE VFB'ers and send it along with "You Might Be A Renegade VFB'er If. . . . . . ,to everyone in the swap.  If you have a new "line" to add send it to me.
