Hi, everyone!
Quick question for the group - is it possible (and worthwhile) to fix a
broken-tipped fly rod? It was fine until a certain fiance of mine (not mentioning
names...) closed a door on the tip, and SNAP! off goes the tip. I'd say 3 or 4 inches
of the 4-5wt is now a new mini-rod to itself ;)(from an LL blank, my first home-made
rod, as of yet unfished). Just a curious guy 5 days before his wedding thinking, "she
broke the rod... what am I getting into?!"
All joking aside, accidents happen, and it's all good. Just curious if it can be
fixed.
Tight wraps, everyone,
Pete
