I really enjoy looking at all the fish pictures posted here also. It gives me a chance to see some beautiful wild trout. Many of our rivers are "put and take" in my area. The state stocks them regularly but the rivers can't sustain the numbers of trout so they encourage you to take the fish. When I teach for the DEM I still find a lot of fishermen in the area practice catch and release. It only disappoints me when they put one back that is dying already and you see him floating a short time later. It really never goes to waste though. We have so many coyotes, gulls and crabs etc. that they enjoy the free meal.
