Buggs   Ignore him, please.  I use Word to type it out and then copy paste it as many times as needed in a vertical column.  Then cut them apart and impale each on the hook bend.  For barbless hooks it's a bit tougher.  Crease the tag and stick it through the crease.  The pressure will help hold it- for a little.
