It's not really a swap, except your cash for feathers.  The co-op is the 
method to buy a variety of colors of capes.  You will get a percentage of 
each color and end up with a sampling of spey feathers.  You will be asked 
to be a plucker.  You will pick the useable feathers from a cape and divide 
them in to groups for each person and return the lot.
