They should be with you by Sep 1. Why are they so expensive? Well, I�m 10 mins by car from the Canada/USA  border, and I have a Post Office box in Blaine, Wa. On my way back from the post office, I saw a cop with his lights flashing behind me and so I pulled over to let him past, only he didn�t go past!
