Firestone Pattern:

Tied nymph style, size 10, 6x, or similar curved nymph hook.

Tails, yellow goose biots
Abdomen, yellow-blend-to-orange bright dubbing, roped into tapering
segments- no wire wrap.
Thorax, orange-blend-to red dubbing
Legs, red knotted biots (be fancy to do red legs with orange tips)
Wingcases, red tyvek/tipped with orange, vinyl treated, trimmed to orange
flame points.
Head, blue dubbing with blue melted mono eyes. (Trilene should work)

Photo must be taken with the eye cemented on to a burned match head, and the
fly at a 45 angle.

Dr. Demento ( I do pop up once in a while)

P.S. This fly should work well on the Firehole River up in Yellowstone
Park.
Who knows, it may be the hot pattern for the year. Just don't strike too
soon.

Hmpffhh!!
It doesn't matter how much I try to show off with my poor sense of humour.
After five minutes the king will always dive in and place me in the shadows.
