We've had a fair shake of rain in these parts all summer and sporadic storms last Saturday when I got drenched at my favorite creek.  Not all areas are getting the same precipitation and many waters have receded nicely.  It was in the 90s today so I wouldn't want neoprenes in any case.  I usuaully wet wade this time of year.   Murf
