OK, Folks,
Mail is slow today, probably because of the holiday. Had a thought a bit
ago. I am fixing stuffed Acorn Squash, fried zucchini, fried Okra with baked
potatoes and grilled corn and had a thought. When was the last time you had
Trout, baked in a reflector oven with a lemon almond sauce? Maybe lemon
stuffed fish with a light potato breading and mushrooms? Planked fish with
lemon sauce? Potatoes baked in coals with sour cream, garlic chives and home
made cheese? At 8,000 feet in the cool pines???? By a river providing your
diner and the nights cool enough to warrant a jacket. Possibly wake up to
frost on the tent or a dusting of the first snow.
Just thinking because Jimmy D brought up some old memories talking about his
camping and fishing trip coming up. Phone lines are back up and thought I
would toss this out.
