In addition, some of the variants (I love Hebert and Conrad for these)
hackles are to die for..make wonderful Adams  and Ginger quills. Try the
ginger and dun variants for really striking looking and fish catching flies.
I look at my older necks and use them on buggers..and these were the ones I
used to think were "top of the line." Joyce
