putting it, don't you think. I use various "non-stackers" to stack my hair...
empty cartridges, film canisters, old pen cases etc... and a week ago my
girlfriend lost one of her thimbles. There are way too many cheaper alternatives
lying around to buy a "true" one in a tackle shop.

-----Ursprungligt meddelande-----Deer hair is awesome to tie with. I've come up with some neat flies using is, as well as the elk i got from Desert Eagle. I don't have a stacker as yet but i do pretty well with my finger tips. I just grab what i want, cut off the skin, trim it and a pretty good fly is born.
