Well we made it through our 4th Hurricane in 6 weeks, we did well as far as storm damage goes, The last hurricane was the strongest of all of them, We did however lose our power and it is still out. I am writing to you from my sisters computer. As for the 2004 Stonefly swap we have received the last set today from Charlie Bonner and I will send out the flys tomorrow after I put the sets together. My wife Heidi came home from work today and sat down to judge the flys to see who the winner of the "Psycho Stonefly" was. After a 20 minute session of observation she narrowed it down to DonO, Joyce, and Rodney.She had a tough time choosing, there were many great flys but when it came down to the end between DonO and Rodney, she choose Rodneys fly as the winner. Congrats Rodney, I will send your prize fly with your set. I would like to time to thank everyone who tied for this swap, I am sure you will like your new editions to your flybox's.
As for my wife and I we are closing the chapter in life down here in Florida and will be beginning a new one in the great state of Oregon. We will be leaving Florida October 4th and will be traveling across the country for 2 weeks, stopping along the way to visit family and friends along with doing a little archery deer hunting in Michigan.
I will be on line for the next few days here at my sisters house and then will "unsubscribe" until we get set up in Oregon. I hope everyone has enjoyed their efforts in putting this swap together, I also have to thank everyone for being very patient with the September 1st deadline, we ended up with 18 out of 20 sets not to bad.
