[VFB] Great News today

My new wife and myself were approved today for the purchase of our new house 
she has been fretting over for about a month now. We found out about a month 
ago the rent house we were living in was sold and given 30 days to get out. 
Friend sent me an email that he was selling his house and we loved it. Got 
approved for it today, Im picking out new flytying stations right now. Tony, 
you tie any soft hackles w/ quail yet?
