Years ago someone gave me a recipe for what they called, "Hot Spiced Cider".
It was similar Wessel and used dry ingredients, you simply added a spoon
full of the powder to your steaming cup of water for a refreshing winter
drink. If I recall, the recipe had "Tang" as one of the ingredients, (maybe
not), cinnamon and some other stuff. It reminded me of a hot spiced apple
cider drink I used to enjoy in Colorado when I was a kid. Is anyone on the
list familiar with this recipe, or one similar they could share? The cool,
(almost cold), wet morning brought back memories of it. Would like to mix up
a canister of it for the upcoming cold nights for us to sip on and remember
good thoughts.
