I'm really sorry everyone for not getting this posted earlier, as requested, I've been kinda overwhelmed with everything going on right now and haven't had a whole lot of time to do much of anything that I've been wanting to do...  Anyway, here is the recipe for the "Virtual Stonefly" I tied up for the "Stonefly Swap"...  The fly itself was originated by Al Campbell from "FOAL", in which most of his tying style has been influenced by a couple of "Old Timers", George Grant and Franz Pott, that used this basic technique to create stonefly bodies, using various applications of monofilament fishing line to make it durable...
 
 
Materials:
 
Hook:  Nymph, Mustad 80050BR; Tiemco 200R or equivalent.  Size 4 to 8
Thread:  6/0 or 3/0, black
Tail:  Black porcupine quill tips, (I used black nail polish to color them black)
Under-body:  Black and orange dubbing topped with black swiss straw
Under-rib:  4lb test monofilament
Outer-body:  Light amber D-Rib
Thorax:  Black dubbing
Legs:  Black collared peccary hair coated with black nail polish after bending to shape
Eyes:  Black mono nymph eyes.  Size small
Antennae:  Collared peccary hair
