Todd, Swan Lake, up by Bigfork.  There are a few in Flathead Lake, but harder to catch.  You may/may not be able to catch them on flies.  Most are caught trolling 'Wedding Ring' lures.  Catch limits are really high, and most folks up there smoke them.  I tried, but they won't stay lit.   Check in with the fly shop in Bigfork.  I've met the owner, and he can tell you if flies are going to work, and when.  (Maybe some other places, too, like up in Whitefish.)    Just tell him the owner of the 'Baits Motel' sent you.  If you go up to Whitefish, check in with Stumptown Angler and Lakestream fly shop.   DonO     ----- Original Message ----- From: Todd Skibbe To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, October 26, 2004 1:28 PM Subject: [VFB] Kokanee in western MT?
