Well ....   OK.   It does address the name in the Fly Tyer article about Joe
Blados.  She is referring to the "fold" in the foam as a "crease"  Therefore
it is a crease fly.  A very simple tie... all you do is put super glue on
the shank of the hook and crease the foam and squeeze.   :)

He would have named it more succiently, like Joe's mylar crease fly, or
something.
