Nice Peggy. Amazing that the heron would be put off by a pink necky thing, not 
indigenious to this area.

I have a Pink Flamingo with a FMO and beads, she is near the carved wooden 
bear our near the trout pond.  This is my solution to all the Heron who 
come to steal trout,  for winter I'll make her a small jacket.  And, it 
seems to work.
