Whew! Glad I saw the deadline. I'll have a go at the Magic Tool swap, Rick.
I've been wanting to experiment with an MT version of LaFontaine's cased
caddis, which I think will be much easier and better-looking using the magic
tool. The original uses several differently colored mallard flank feathers.
Since those stems are thick and stiff, the fly looks really sloppy with three
stems wrapped.
