Deb, Don is about as nice a person as you'll ever meet, for sure. I took a 
class with Mike Raddencich once in Cleveland at the Atlantic Salmon Fly 
Tying/Steelhead Fly Fishing Summit in 2003. That was when i got his Missouri 
Turkey framed A.S. fly in the auction there for a better price than he 
normally sells them for. He was sitting right next to me when it happened, 
he he he he. mark.....

OOOh  I'm jealous.  He is the nicest guy.  I have a few of his flies they
are really nice.  He gave us a few for our UFT auction also and they did
well.   Enjoy your meeting and let us know all about it.
I prefer my books also but I have the Radencich DVD and you can't beat
watching them tie it right in front of you.  I can imagine the Don Bastian
DVD would be very nice to watch also.  If you can't afford classes with 
them
or they aren't in your area that is a very nice option to have.

Thanks for  the review of Don Bastions DVD.  He is the speaker at out TU
chaper tonight .  i will assume he will have some there for sale and
will pick one up.  I do perfer books to DVD or vidios but seems thats
where the world is going.  Us old farts will just have to adjust to it.
