We need three for this swap. I admit to having been lame in my original
description. I actually wanted to do four different swaps. One each for
midge, dry, wet or nymph and streamer. However, to simplify, this is one
swap. Only 15 flies. Set date. Easy to do. If this works maybe we will do
it again with another fly in another category. Read below and get the
details and get in this swap before it is too late.

Three spots left. As soon as we get the 15 I will send out the form to
 everyone.

When we head out to our favorite waters we have in mind a fly that we
are going to use to start. We tie it our way and fish it our way and it
somehow works. We may have a handful of go to flies depending on hatch,
time of year, etc. So here is what I would like to suggest. Everyone ties
one of their favorite go to flies - 15 of them. Then write out the pattern
and email it to me. I will provide a template to use so that they all
remain consistent. I will consolidate all the patterns and take a picture
of the flies. Each person will get not only the flies but a pattern which
tells how to fish the fly, where you use it and when. Last I would suggest
that we do this in one of four categories, midge, dry, nymph (or wet) and
streamer. The date is a little problem since we have a few swaps going.
How about May 1st. I will contact everyone monthly to keep things updated.
The last month I will contact swappers weekly. I would like everyone
participating to keep me updated as well with progress, post dates, etc..
I don't like to keep people waiting so I would like to make sure that we
keep to the original finish date. Toe tags, return postage and other
common items as usual. I will also suggest after the cut-off no flies
will be accepted. I can then send out the flies and those that come in late
will be returned so that we do not leave the swap hanging. Now after all
of that is there any interest? Oh one more thing. I use (or used to) a
San Juan Worm in off color water especially in the spring. This is not one
I would suggest that is chosen for the swap. No one will learn much from
getting one of those. Everyone can tie those and simply stating you use it
would be enough. So if you have that as a favorite chose your second
favorite then we can learn. Okay now I am done I think. Interest?
