I have a Renzetti Traveler with cam jaws that I love.  I probably tie 95+% of my flies on it for the past 6 years, and it has held up extremely well.
 
I have seen the peak vise in action, and you would probably be pleased with it as well.  I would get different jaw sets as needed for this vise (especially midge jaws).
