I have a nice Pontoon Craft for trade for a short / wide canoe, similar to the Old Towne Discovery. I traded my 17 foot Grumann canoe for it last year, ( it was too unwieldy), but have used the pontoon craft only a couple of times.. It is in excellent condition. Probably hasn't been in the water over half a dozen times. The pontoons are 8 1/2 feet long and are 18" in diameter, I think. If you're interested and live fairly close to Waco, TX, email or call me and let's talk. To view my pontoon craft, click on my fly fishing site URL below. It is the first picture when the site opens. I shot this pic on Lake Waco last spring.
I have brand new set of extra long flippers that goes with it. Why am I wanting to trade? Well, with all the leg and shoulder problems I've encountered within the last couple of years, a canoe would be much easier for me to get into and out of not to mention maneuver.
Cheers !

Jimmy, bring the Pontoon with you when you come up here, and take my canoe
back, lol. Actually my canoe is pretty big. I forget exactly how long, but
it might be 16ft. May 13, i'll check. It's a square back, and has never been
in the water. I bought it brand new for $700 about 4 yrs. ago, but it's to
big for one person to put on top of my truck. And you sure as hell would
never want to portage this thing anywhere. It's a Pelican. I'm definately
lookin' to trade it though. mark.....
